St. Michael Statue at St. Joseph, Maumee

 Another Statue from Good Shepherd has been restored and is now on display at St. Joseph, Maumee.

Its nice to see that they changed the paint colors. The last colors were gold, white and pink.

Etching of Old St. Mary's, Toledo

Happened to see on eBay, an etching of the Old St. Mary's Church in downtown Toledo by artist Morris Henry Hobbs. Hobbs lived in Toledo for a time after World War I, but is more widely known for his prints of the French Quarter in New Orleans.

Cross Tipped Churches Trip: St. Louis, North Star

 I made another trip back to the area to get the churches I didn't photograph. The first I stopped at was St. Louis in North Star.

Its weird because the area around the altar seems like a modern design, but the church still has historical altars.

The main altar has this interesting gate and arch around it.
