Immaculate Conception, Old South End

I finally found an older picture to post. This was about 1910. The first difference you'll notice is the gable between the towers. It had to be removed after the fire. In the original plan, there were to be tall spires on the towers but they were never built, just these pyramidal caps. The origian rose window and the openings at the top of the towers were different, too. For the way it looks today, click HERE.
