Yes, that's what it's called. There's a photograph of the full structure in the post below. I have to congratulate whoever was responsible for this. You don't usually see anything so elaborate on a small chapel. ( Of course, sometimes that's why small chapels are so pleasant. Apparently, this was the site of the original Norwalk parish, St. Peter's.
The shrine was built by the Fisher Brothers for their mom, IIRC. I think that's the Fisher Body car people.
Anyway, there was stuff about it on the Huron County Catholic churches site.
