Yes, that's what it's called. There's a photograph of the full structure in the post below. I have to congratulate whoever was responsible for this. You don't usually see anything so elaborate on a small chapel. ( Of course, sometimes that's why small chapels are so pleasant. Simplicity can be a good thing. ) It's a wonderful building.

Apparently, this was the site of the original Norwalk parish, St. Peter's.
The shrine was built by the Fisher Brothers for their mom, IIRC. I think that's the Fisher Body car people.
Anyway, there was stuff about it on the Huron County Catholic churches site.
