Our Lady of Lourdes, New London

The Rectory

The church was locked when i was there. (this past Saturday Morning)

They've taken very good care of that door.
I wonder if the rectory might be even older than it looks. A second floor that low is often an indication. It may be a seriously old house, with additions made in the mid to late 19th century.

According to Mossing's history, the church had been a Congregational Church and was purchased in 1936, with an addition added in 1949. Fr. John Duffy was pastor there from 1946 -1958
