Now that I've had a look, I consider St. Adalbert's exterior to be the best of any parish church in Toledo.
Unfortunately, the lighting's bad in the mid-afternoon, so I'll have to go back some morning.
Notice the Holy Face and the monstrances.

I've been by this church so many times and yet I've failed to notice all that wonderful detailing ... I've always been too busy ogling the spire at St. Hedwig's.
The next time I pass by St. Adalbert's, I'll look at it with new eyes.
