Noticed this Downtown, yesterday. St. Joseph's, in the Vistula Historic District, now offers the Tridentine Latin Mass every Sunday at 10:30.
Some people might turn a bit prissy at the thought of using a billboard, but I think it's a good move. Outreach is important and, like it or not, if a parish wants to grow it's going to have to start paying attention to marketing techniques.

Judiciously understated, Jeffrey. If memory serves me correctly, the church is the Body of Christ and has an absolute obligation to draw everyone to it -- and how do you do that without advertising?
I don't know, did the martyrs advertise?
