Growing up in Toledo in the early 80s was an experience!I won't speak ill of the man personally - the very few times I met him, I was impressed that he was a good man with a good soul. I will however offer that on his watch - as was so common so many places in that time - some rather agenda-driven dissidents took advantage of his laid back style.
