Wish I'd been able to, but the place was filling up for a concert and I'd have been in the way.
Nope, the tripod wouldn't have worked in that particular setting. There were too many people milling around. Some of my own that otherwise would have been nice with a tripod, turned out fuxxy as well. I did have a solid surface upstairs to set the camera on for a few of the balcony shots ...

Then all I can do is have regrets, and hope for another occasion when the tripod is practical.
