Fluid, as far as I can tell. The northern boundary claimed by the Old South End community development people is Clayton. Downtown begins at Monroe. To the west, it's open. St. Patrick's looks like a part of the Warehouse District far more than Uptown. Actually, I say St. Patrick's, Warehouse District because I can't bring myself to call it Historic St. Patrick's, since several other parishes are equally deserving, in that respect.
