St. Alphonsus, Peru




Interestingly, this holy water bowl was rediscovered in the most recent renovation. This was actually original with the church. There is another identical one on the other side of the vestibule.

    Is that attached to the wall or cut from one of the stones set in the wall? Never saw one quite like it.

    not sure. i think it's part of the stone in the wall behind it, but i don't know that for a fact.
