Not sure, but I thought it really looks like the photos I've seen of Norwalk St. Mary's, if you moved the tower to the opposite corner and almost doubled the dimensions.
What makes me think it's by Ginther are the three matching vents above the transept window and the front window, as well as the buttresses and tower. Since St. Mary's in Norwalk was his first design, he had some time to improve i guess?
