SS Peter and Paul, Old South End

The former parish school has the sort of scalloped gable popularized, in Toledo, by architect Edward O. Fallis. Very nice building, but those glass block windows look awful.
The school was built by adding an extension to the front of the old church, built in the 1860's.

The building is used as a parish hall, with offices in the addition, at the right. The school merged with those of Immaculate Conception and St. James to form Queen of Apostles School.
The mural of Our Lady of Guadalupe is a good idea. It's quite noticable from the expressway.
