  1. Not much looks out of the ordinary while driving.
The exterior is one that most people wouldn't give a second glance. It's only on close study that its odd points become obvious.

  2. It would be well worth your trip, Kyle. While you're at it, have a trip over to norwalk and depress yourself at St. Pauls, and then stop over to St. Mary's and be relieved. Ha!

  3. If Kyle went to Fr. Schild's first Mass, he's already seen St. Paul's. He definitely needs to come on over to St. Mary's and have a look, though.

And while he's here, Kyle should drive over to Peru to check out St. Alphonsus.

  4. If you'd like to see some truly beautiful Churches, may I recommend taking a worthwhile ride to Cleveland, Oh. St. Stephen's on W. 54th St. Cleve,oh Pastor is Fr. Franz; it has exquisite stain glass windows and the carved wood is of the utmost highest handiwork, it is just unbelievable. I can guarantee you haven't seen anything like it. It has two side altars of the same wood carving with gorgeous life-size Angels on each end of the Communion rail holding lit candelabra's. Another is St. Michael the Archangel on Clark and Scranton rds. Cleve, oh. This old Church houses more than 450 statues and is breathtaking to behold. If you ever get a chance to see these churches you will know that I do not exaggerate in the least; and one more is St. Stanislaus Kostka on 60th and Fleet, Cleve Oh, and there are many more. I can guarantee anyone who visits these Churches will Not be dissapointed!
