I thought that you were referring to just the altar until I looked at the full-sized picture.The whole thing is marble right up to the finials (correct term???).
Yes. Finials, pinnacles, feathers and furbelows, whatever you call them, they're good.
The St. Anne altar. Another good design by Joseph Huber. The marble work was done at Pietrasanta, in Italy.
