St. Anthony Cemetery, Milan

Crucifixion monument--the cross is the work of French native John Baptiste Verment, sculptor and architect from Massillon, Ohio. Not sure if the statues of Mary and St. John were added later.

Inscriptions on each side of the monument. Verment's name is under the "1884."

More of his work HERE.

Tomb of Fr. Leonard Lentsch, to the left of the Crucifixion monument. From a quick Google search, it appears he was a Redemptorist priest and worked in Pennsylvania parishes as well.

Gravestone of Catherine Cozzie.

Mausoleum of Roberts, Taylor, Fries family.

St. Joseph, Maumee

St. Joseph parish in Maumee has completed the renovations to its church, with impressive results.

A bit of humor in this decorative painting -- note how the green ball has "fallen" from above.

View from the balcony.

"Go ye into His presence with joy." (Above the main entrance door.)

The church was built in 1888. More details on the renovation HERE.
